Placing an Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once your order is successfully submitted and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include shipping or delivery time.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if part of your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
