Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
